All Loan Applications:

• Completed Application

• Two most recent pay stubs

For all loans secured with Real Estate:

• Copy of Homeowner's insurance policy, and flood insurance policy (if applicable)

• Most recent year end tax return (if loan request is over $25,000.00)

For all auto, truck, etc. loan applications:

• Copy of Dealer's invoice

• Completed application

• Two most recent pay stubs

• Home Equity Credit Application
