Helping Hand Loan Program

At Newfield National Bank, we understand that a traditional credit history and home ownership do not have to be the basis for a good loan. With our Helping Hand Loans, qualification standards are easy to meet.

If your family earns up to 80% of the 2020 HUD MSA Median Family Income*, you could qualify for one of these unsecured loans at a low rate of interest. Home ownership and traditional credit history** are not required.

"Helping Hand" loans program only available in the counties listed below.

MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD INCOME LEVELS*:

Atlantic County $67,440.00
Burlington County $81,200.00
Camden County $81,200.00
Cape May County $68,640.00
Cumberland County $54,160.00

**A credit report will be ordered to determine payment history. If there are not at least three traditional lines of credit, then we will require two “alternate” credit payment histories. These can include copies of rent receipts, utility bills, etc. The period to be reviewed is a minimum of six months. Copies of bills, cancelled checks, or money orders must be included.
